I can't believe I found this. It's so fascinating. That they survived despite not being well accepted is astounding. I love them.

I don't understand why their poetry isn't more popular! Emily has topped my list since discovering her in junior high.
The genius of the Brontes continues down the ages, undiminished completely untarnished by age and modernity. Impossible to read the poems by the girls without an overwhelming sense of awe.

The poetry of these three sisters is excellent, inspiring, vivid, and heartfelt. Emily Bronte (Ellis Bell) is the best poet, but Charlotte (Currer Bell) is a close second. Anne (Acton) only contributed a few of the poems. Still, I am amazed at the total amount of wonderful creative talent that this family possessed. I enjoyed every poem and many passages will remain with me forever. If you like classic 19th century poetry, read this collection.
It has the poems, but difficult to use as an ebook. Unless you like reading it all the way through from start to finish. ie. You can't browse or move from one poem to another poem, beyond the next in line. Very frustrating. Wikisource has the complete poems of Emily and may have the other sisters too. Also Project Gutenberg. Both allow you to select a title and read any poem that strikes your eye. It's nice that it's free, but not being able to pick out a poem from the contents or an index and read it is a major drawback. Perhaps will one day have feee books with interactivity?
Enjoyable book and thoroughly understandable. This poetry is very accessible to all kinds of readers (not just poetry buffs). There are selections from all three Bronte sisters and I would highly recommend it for readers of all tastes.
